2)  Every client deserves to have their call answered, returned immediately or first thing the next morning.  24 hours is too long.

3)  This is a team effort.  We'll need to work together collecting documents, etc. but throughout, we work for you.

4)  Every client deserves transparency and timely updates.  You decide how detailed and how often you'd like to receive updates  and we will deliver.

5)  Working together should be fun and easy.  If it's not I've failed and the fault rests on me.
